Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026
Unused purchases
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after fulfillment of a paid course, bundle, or Annual Pass if no course included in that purchase has been started. For this policy, starting a course means opening its first lesson or submitting a learning activity or assessment. Viewing the public course description, signing in, or reviewing the list of courses in your account does not count as starting. For a bundle or Annual Pass, starting any included course ends this unused-purchase eligibility.
After a course has been started
We generally do not provide change-of-mind refunds after a course included in the purchase has been started or completed. This does not prevent review of duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, a service we could not deliver, material access problems, or rights provided by applicable law. A failed assessment alone does not qualify for a refund; the course retake rules apply. Access expiration does not by itself qualify for a refund.
Duplicate charges and access problems
Contact us about an accidental duplicate charge or a purchase that did not provide the promised access. We will investigate the order and account records. If we cannot resolve a material access problem or deliver the purchased service, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund for the affected purchase. For an unresolved partially delivered bundle or Annual Pass, we will explain any proposed refund calculation and remaining access before applying the remedy. This policy does not waive rights for a service that was not provided.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] using the subject Refund request. Include your learner-account email, order or receipt number, purchase date, and a short explanation. Do not send your password, authenticator code, or full payment-card details. We will verify the request and notify you of the decision. Refunds are reviewed by an administrator; sending a request does not automatically approve or process a refund. When approved, the refund goes to the original payment method where supported. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds appear. We do not charge a separate refund-processing fee under this policy.
Discounted purchases, employee passes, and records
Refunds cannot exceed the amount actually paid. A free course or a 100-percent-off employee pass has no cash refund value. Discounted or promotional purchases use their actual paid amount when a refund is approved. An approved full refund ends access granted by the refunded purchase; separate purchases remain separate. Refunds do not authorize alteration of accurate historical learning records. Any required record correction or certificate action is handled separately and documented. Other applicable terms shown before purchase continue to apply.
No recurring cancellation or retroactive restrictions
AOD CEU course, bundle, and Annual Pass purchases do not automatically renew, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You may stop using the service, request an eligible refund, or contact us about account closure. Account closure is not the same as a refund. This policy applies prospectively from its published effective date and does not remove rights provided by the terms of an earlier purchase or applicable law.
