Build a productive supervisory relationship and match developmental support to counselor skill, confidence, and experience.
03Ethics, Boundaries, Scope & Confidentiality in Supervision60 minutes
Examine ethical concerns, boundaries, confidentiality, and scope of practice through realistic supervisory situations.
04Observation, Feedback, Competency & Supervision Documentation60 minutes
Use multiple sources of performance evidence, deliver behavior-specific feedback, and document measurable next steps.
05Managing Risk, Performance & Difficult Supervisory Situations60 minutes
Differentiate learning needs from performance concerns, conduct issues, and immediate client-safety risks.
06Reflective Supervision, Cultural Responsiveness & Workforce Wellness60 minutes
Strengthen reflective practice and develop a 30-day supervision improvement plan.

The planned course combines instruction with required written application. Completion depends on meeting the course requirements.

Work through six modules
Read the instruction and complete the required activities, decision labs, tools, and reflections using composite or de-identified examples.

Check your understanding
Pass each five-question module check with at least 4 correct, then the 30-question final assessment with at least 24 correct. Review and retake are permitted.

Complete the final steps
Submit your course evaluation and electronic completion attestation. Certificate release follows verification of all completion requirements.
